We ship overnight for delivery on Tuesdays through Saturdays. No deliveries are available on Mondays or the day after Holidays.

Affiliate Programs
Program # 1 Resellers.
Companies in this program take the orders for our products themselves, these orders are then entered in our system at a discounted rate using a discount code that we will provide. The discount is based on your previous months product volume, shipping is not included. We do not accept orders by fax, mail, e-mail or phone, all orders must be placed manually in our online system. You will own the customer and all customer contact.

Program # 2 Referrers. IS NOT ACTIVE AT THIS TIME

Companies in this program earn a referral commission based on the actual sales.
We use the Shareasale system to manage affiliates, automaticly track sales and resulting payments for these sales, you can sign up here

Ineligible for both Programs:
1) If your web site is incomplete,
2) If your web site is insecure (for those who take orders),
3) If your web site is found to falsely advertise products, (for example a competitors product that claims chocolate covered strawberries when they don't use chocolate)
4) If your web site contains distasteful/offensive/violent products or content,
5) If your company is not located in the United States or can not be targeted for a US audience, or the content is not in English.
6) Or any other reason disclosed or undisclosed that we may or may not tell you about.

Program #1 - Resellers Details
Your company takes the orders from the customer, you then place the order in our system, under your name. All orders are pre-paid, we do not ship orders that have not been paid for. All the normal terms and conditions listed on the site apply. Orders can be pre-paid through the normal credit card process, PayPal or with a gift certificate. We do not bill corporate/reseller accounts. If you prefer not to have your staff have access to corporate credit cards or PayPal we can create pre-paid gift certificates that serve the same purpose. The only limitation on gift certificates is that they can not be used to purchase the electronic version (e-mail version) of the gift certificates offered in our store.

Your discount rate is based on the previous months actual product sales, not including shipping charges or shipping surcharges.

Your discount rate will vary from month to month based on the actual amount you sell the previous month. As an example : Februaries rate will be based on the amount of orders that ship in January, and March’s rate will be based on the amount of shipments in February.

Since our system allows pre-ordering the sale will not be counted until it is shipped.

Since all orders must be placed in our online system you can not go "off menu" and sell a version of the product that is not listed.

All correspondence that would normally be sent to the customer (e-mails, tracking notifications...) will be sent to you, you own the customer and all customer contact.

During peek seasons we may stop taking orders, we will give you 24 hours notice when this happens. For future reference this normally happens in the week before Christmas and a few days before Valentines day.
