Our online ordering system automatically handles volume discounts giving discounts for when you place more than one order at the same time.

For large orders (10 addresses or more), we can upload your addresses from a spreadsheet, please contact orders@ccberries.com for a copy of the spreadsheet.

Corporate FAQ:
Q Can we include marketing materials in the shipments?
A Yes, any of the mixed gift boxes or 1 dozen gift can have up to 3/8 inch (sized 8.5x 11 inches) of marketing material added. The shipping containers that hold only 1/2 dozen berries have much less free space. The materials will need to be provided well in advance since we will be shrink wrapping them to protect them from condensation. If you need more than the spae listed above we can order special shipping containers with a minimum of 25 boxes.

Q How do you handle when our corporate orders are going to be placed by multiple people?
A We create a special "corporate discount" coupon code for all of your employees to use, there is no limit to the number of times the code can be used and your employees may use it for corporate or personal orders. The discount code value is based on your expected average number of orders over a three month period.

Q We'd like to include our own gift cards or personalized marketing material, can you do that?
A Yes, but the names on the outside of the gift cards or marketing materials must match the addresses provided exactly.

Q We'd like to send the exact same thing to over 20 of our customers, is there a way to speed up the order entry?
A Yes, follow the following steps

1) Place the first order online, this will build your account.

2) Send us the completed spreadsheet (from above) letting us know that you want to duplicate your previous order for all of the addresses in the spreadsheet.

Q We are having a large corporate event and would like to order a large quantity of strawberries all with our corporate logo, the online system does not allow this, how do we order?
A The reason that gift boxes of all artwork (words and pictures) are not available in the order entry system is that it's much harder and expensive to create a berry with artwork than one without. Not all artwork berries turn out, and not all berries are suitable to apply artwork to. (It also prevents the general public from sending really boring/tacky/ugly gift boxes). To place an order that is 100% artwork the following must be true:

1) You (or your company) must have your artwork in stock.

2) There must be sufficient images remaining from your previous artwork printing order to cover the berries in your order, if not you'll need to reorder the artwork.

3) It is not during a blackout period (the three days before Valentine's day, or week before Christmas)
4) The order is for at least 4 dozen berries and is placed at least 3 days before it is due to be shipped.

To place your order:

1) Place your order as you normally would. (select any one dozen gift box with a quantity of 4 or more)
2) Add your corporate artwork to the box as you normally would)
3) In the gift card section enter only the text "100% Artwork".
4) When we recieve the order we will add a 15% surcharge to cover the higher costs involved with this type of order.

Q We would like to create a totally custom gift box how would we create one?
A For corporate customers (customers who have custom artwork in stock), we offer this service when they are going to order 20 or more of the same gift box. There are limitations: since our packaging sizing is fixed and creating new trays is extreemly expensive ($5,000+) we only work with the existing trays. The trays are fairly flexible in use, but there are limitations of what can fit in each tray. Please look at the online system, and the products shown there, for suggestions before contacting the store (phone or e-mail) to configure your custom product. The product will then be added to your section of the web page so that you can order it at any time.
